At Pure Beautee, we don’t let age define your image—WE do! Dear Clients: A Few Things to Know Before Your Appointment Please read carefully before securing your appointment! 1. Send Photos of Your Natural Lashes Please send one photo with your eyes closed and one with your eyes open. These help me determine the best style for your eye shape and ensure your natural lashes are healthy enough for extensions. 2. Avoid Caffeine No caffeine before your appointment—it helps prevent eye jitters and allows for a smoother application process. 3. Inform Me of Any Sensitivities or Conditions Let me know if you: • Have sensitive eyes or allergies • Wear contact lenses (it’s recommended to remove them before your appointment) • Use eye drops regularly • Have a history of recurrent eye or tear duct infections, dry eyes, or have undergone chemotherapy Your safety and comfort are my top priorities! 4. Lash Extensions Are NOT the Same as Individuals or Strip Lashes Lash extensions take time—please allow 2 to 3 hours for a full set. I do not rush my work, so please come prepared and plan accordingly. Taking a nap during your service is recommended! Everyone’s natural lashes are different—some are fuller, curlier, straighter, or even grow in different directions. Because of this, the time it takes can vary based on your natural lashes. To maintain your look and reduce appointment time, infills are recommended when you’ve lost about 40% of your lash extensions. And yes, you will lose them—your natural lashes shed and grow daily, which means the extensions will grow out and shed too. 5. Minimal to No Phone Use During the Appointment Please limit phone usage to avoid distractions during your service. AirPods or earbuds are welcome if you’d like to relax with music or a podcast. 6. Grace Period & Late Fees We’re all human—things happen! There is a 10-minute grace period after your scheduled time. • After 10 minutes, a $10 late fee will be added to your service. • After 15 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and you will need to reschedule with a new deposit. 7. Speak Up! If you’re ever uncomfortable at any point during your appointment, please don’t hesitate to let me know. Your comfort matters! 8. No Extra Guests / No Children Allowed To maintain a peaceful and focused environment, no extra guests or children are allowed at your appointment. 9. No-Call, No-Shows Are Not Tolerated Communication is key. If you miss your appointment without reaching out, you will be unable to rebook unless you contact me with a valid reason (at my discretion). A $20 fee will be required for same-day cancellations. 10. Same-Day Cancellations & Rebooking Policy • Same-day cancellations require a $30 fee. • If you cancel more than once within the same month, the full service balance will be required for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance. • If you need to reschedule, please contact me at least 24 hours before your appointment. • You have 7 days to reuse your original deposit. After that, or if you reschedule the day of your appointment, a new deposit will be required. 11. Emergency Appointments These are services outside of normal business hours will include an additional $30 emergency fee. 12. Face Masks Required For health and safety reasons, please wear a face covering (mask) during your appointment. Payment & Deposit Information I do not accept payments through my website. A $35 deposit is required to secure your appointment, and it goes toward your service total. • Deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable. • I allow a 3-day window to fix any issues following your appointment. Cancellation Policy

I charge a 20% cancellation fee for any no shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. This fee can be sent same as the deposit is sent.
